Customized on-demand volunteers are being requested by a volunteering plan, or volunteers who want to do volunteer work with the talents in Aiwon.

1. What is volunteering?
- 1) Volunteers of Aiwon are not for their own profit or purpose, but they should respect other people and love their neighbors.
- 2) Volunteers themselves gain psychological rewards such as psychological satisfaction, sense of achievement, opportunity for personal / professional growth, acquiring new skills or experience, as well as having satisfaction and sense of accomplishment by developing their possibilities and potential and personal growth can be achieved by meeting various people while doing volunteer work.
- 3) We contribute not only to self-realization but also to the neighbors who are in difficulty, to maintain the dignity of human beings and to guarantee human life, thereby further improving the quality of life of society as a whole.
- 4) In a selfish, calculating contemporary society, unpaid volunteer activities should be volunteer work that creates an atmosphere of cooperation and an atmosphere of assistance.
2. Aiwon wants volunteers with a clear purpose and direction of service.
